In the countryside of the Holy Valley of Rieti, in central Italy,  between the towns of  Rieti and Cantalice, the farm "SELVATICA" offers relaxation in a comfortable and cozy Bourbon villa with panoramic swimming pool.

THE STRUCTURE

Historic country house dating back to 1800 right on the ancient border between the Bourbon Kingdom and the Papal States, on a pretty hill (600 m alt.). The villa is ideally located along the "Way of St. Francis" and "San Benedetto"  for excursions to the Franciscan sanctuaries, and the many villages of the province with its historical, archaeological and landscape beauties.
  
Large view of the Rieti valley, the mountains (Terminillo), the rivers and the lakes. The farm is 55 hectares with olive groves, orchards, pastures, oak woods, and herds of horses, cows and wild pigs. Around the house there is a large lawn, with pine and elm trees.
 
The house is surrounded by a wall, and the inner courtyard has large porches and a rooftop outdoor pool.
